For larger trucks or commercial vehicles, share the size and configuration before scheduling so we can confirm whether the vehicle and towing needs are a fit.

Remove tools, work equipment, personal belongings, and any items you plan to keep. Tell us about a loaded cargo area or equipment attached to the vehicle before the pickup is booked. Confirm the offer, paperwork, and pickup window with us; we pay before loading.

Empty toolboxes, cargo areas, and storage compartments of items you want to keep, and tell us if shelving or other equipment is intended to remain with the vehicle.
High mileage, engine trouble, collision damage, or a vehicle that will not start can all be discussed. Mention missing wheels, removed engine parts, or a vehicle loaded with materials. We will explain whether we can make an offer and what pickup arrangements are needed; acceptance is based on the individual vehicle.
